Customer Care - Account Coordinator (Dutch/English/French/German)
For our client an international company in Nijkerk - The Netherlands, which is working in the bicycle industry we are looking for a fulltime Customer Care - Account Coordinator. They are continuously striving for innovative solutions and development for each and every attribute of bicycles. In this function you will be in charge for all related activities towards customer care.
Responsibilities:
You main responsibility will be the coordination of day-to-day relationship with own customer base. In your job you will be working with all procedures, from orders till logistics and production.
- Primary contact person with customers. Interact and provide customers with information in response to inquiries about products, sales orders, lead times, shipments and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
- Maintain and develop close business relationships with customer contacts. Represent the organization towards the customer and the customer inside the organization.
- All-round person who works together as needed with Sales, Accounting, Shipping locations and other company resources to coordinate day-to-day customer requirements.
Profile:
- HBO education (preferably International Business and Languages)
- Good with languages
- Dutch fluent or native
- Excellent written en spoken English and at least one other EU language, most preferable German (native person) or French.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Eye for detail with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Team player
- Ability to cope with targets and changing workloads
- Flexible and all-round person, ability to maintain overview of different activities
- Some experience in logistical background preferred
- Experience within an international customer services environment has an added value
